The game will be held at the GPW Recruitment Stadium on Sunday, December 27, kick-off 3pm. Both sides are expected to field a blend of experience and youth as Saints' coach Mick Potter and his newly-installed Wigan counterpart, Michael Maguire, look set to start their pre-season preparations in earnest. Advance tickets will go on sale shortly with adult prices £15 for the Hattons Solicitors Stand and £12 for the ground (children £10 and £5 respectively).

Saints have drawn Hull KR in the Super League's Magic Weekend. Mick Potter side will face the Humbersider's at Murrayfield in Edinburgh on the weekend of May 1 and 2. Wigan Warriors drew Huddersfield Giants, while Grand Final winners Leeds Rhinos will play Warrington Wolves.  

The match will be staged on Saturday, February 6, and will be screened by Sky TV with a 6pm kick-off. Saints are away to Bradford Bulls the following Sunday, February 14, kick-off 3pm, and will then face their second Saturday match in three weeks when travelling to coach Mick Potter's former club, Catalans Dragons. THE dedication of a Belper couple has been recognised through a special community award. Belper town councillor Mick Potter and his wife Julie were presented with an Excellence in the Community Award by Belper Mayor Norman Bull for their hard work with the Belper Marlins Swimming Club. The couple, of Lodge Drive, have been involved with the Belper Leisure Centre-based club for more than a decade.
